Cognitive Energy Healing is a natural, non-invasive approach to restoring holistic wellness. It bridges the communication gap between mind and body, promoting healing for a number of unresolved health concerns. Through subliminal communication with both the subconscious mind and the physical and energetic-body, blockages arising from misinformation, negative emotions, physical and/or emotional trauma, as well as certain forms of physical and chemical malfunction can usually be effectively corrected, released or improved upon.
When perceptions about the body's internal or external environments are misinterpreted or its normal functions are interrupted, malfunctions can result in a number of symptoms including pain, inflammation and illness. Maggie is a very intuitive and gentle soul who has shared her experience of healing herself so that others can be well and learn to heal themselves. Three years ago, when Maggie started writing her book, A Healing Gift: Cognitive Energy Healing, she was treating people as part of her research, and I was lucky to become a recipient of her healing. I have been a nurse for 42 years and was amazed at the many positive health changes that I was experiencing with her treatments. She could cover a lot of ground in one healing session. To mention a few things, I no longer have allergies, gallbladder issues, and I feel calmer and more relaxed.
So, can we possibly learn to heal ourselves? I am so convinced by my own experience, that I hope to become a Cognitive Energy Healing practitioner in the near future.

Maggie’s authenticity, wisdom, compassion and commitment to this process provided an environment of safety and acceptance, allowing the release of past and present personal traumas and physical toxicities.
Physically, I experience significantly less toxicity and reactivity to food and environment. The intensity and duration of pain and tension in my body have declined considerably and in some areas no longer exist.
Negative thoughts and belief patterns have declined as I have learned the tools to release them. This has led to greater mental clarity and a lifting of life long depression and anxiety. Maggie’s process allows emotions of fear, shame, grief, anger, etc., to be brought into awareness and released.
